I had a problem with them as they were trying to get just my guarantor to cover more of the rent (3 times what I was meant to pay) as other guarantors could not afford that. I asked them to correct that, otherwise, I would start taking legal action. They told me that they would sort it out so that my guarantor was only covering my rent and I was told that it would be done in around 2-3 working days. About a week later, I get an email saying that I had two weeks to pay the remainder of my first month's rent. I told them that I would not pay any more until the previously agreed upon arrangements were sorted. So they canceled my contract with them.

They are disgusting, knowledgeable, and conniving. I am now glad that they have canceled my contact as I am now able to take them to court for my money back and they are unable to squeeze me for any more money. They will try to take advantage of you and tell you what you want to hear, but it is all smoke and no fire. When you ask them a question, you get "I don't know" and you better be happy with it otherwise they hang up and avoid you like the plague.

The way that they have acted, is immature and unprofessional.
