As 3 final year students in our early twenties who moved to Glasgow to complete our studies, we have received consistently excellent service throughout our year with Cairn. The original application and adminstration processes were smooth and easily completed, with consistent support given to myself and my flatmates, who were all in different countries at this point. Collecting the keys and moving into the property was easy and we quickly settled in to our flat.
Throughout the year, various minor issues have arose within the flat (appliance faults, etc) which have been quickly and effectively addressed by our agent Sally Turnbull, consistently rectifying these issues within a week of them being raised.
Amidst the coronavirus outbreak, various situations have arose which required myself to remain in the flat during the pandemic, instead of returning home as planned. My flatmates having already moved out, I was unable to pay the full rent for the month. Sally subsequently communicated with my landlord and arrangemed for a compromise of 50% of the rent to be paid for the month of May, facilitating an affordable solution to an otherwise challenging situation. For this, I couldn't be more thankful.
As a group, we would absolutely recommend Cairn, and especially Sally, to any prospective tenant wishing to move into a property.
