They are an agency that almost does what it says on the tin. However when a dilemma occurs, they are unable to handle it. The ceiling in our bathroom collapsed, and we were left with no ceiling for 3 months before we had to move out, due to the leaks, cold draughts, and the risk of more rubble falling. They were incompetent in their approach towards it, telling us it will be fixed and not giving us a timeframe.
Only when we moved out did they decide to fix the ceiling! Shocking.
The main thing I would highlight is poor communication between staff within the team. I ask them or inform them about something and it's not passed on. Joanne has been rude to me on the phone when I was upset over the leaking ceiling. On one occasion she refused to listen to the damage I was describing to her, so I had to pass my phone to the neighbour to paraphrase it for her.
I was exhausted from chasing this agency to see when this would get resolved. No sympathy whatsoever.
My advice; learn to communicate amongst the team, like any normal job.
I have never felt so relieved to have left an agency, and I have been with 3 different agencies in Glasgow. But this one has been far the worst.
Another advice; better to rent from a landlord directly than an agency.

Thanks for the comments i will like to inform you that you were given the correct keys for your property and the factors had changed the fobs to the entry to the building which you would have been informed of as you being the landlord for the property ...
