I was going to use this company in January 2019, when my previous tenant left. However the agent assigned to my property refused to communicate with me and did his own thing.
He was unable to get a single viewing for the property.
After getting no joy with the agent actually listening to me, I got a traditional letting agent and got my property rent all for a slightly higher fee than Letting Supermarket
Only worthwhile if you already have tenants in your property as they struggle to find tenants.
