Sometimes you wonder why bother with an Agent - after all, to some they just sit and do precious little to earn their commission. But this cannot be said of Arins at Lower Earley. This property sale was a bumpy ride right from the beginning starting with the Boris Bounce with investors making appallingly low offers, alongside the usual time wasters. Putting a property up for sale before and over Christmas is never a good idea and yet with dogged persistence Harry and his staff got people through the door and eventually we secured a decent offer in early February. The purchasers solicitors did nothing but frustrate the sale and it took far longer than anticipated which then led us to C-19 and lockdown territory. Yet through all of this Arins kept us informed, chased the buyers solicitors, our solicitor, us, the purchaser - always pleasant, always on top of things, always prepared to go that little bit further; it was (and still is) difficult times for everybody and yet on 9th April, we completed. So thanks to Harry and team, it could have been so much worse than it has been - you earned every penny of your commission.
