Hi I took over a property rented by Platinum Estates , just after Christmas.The walls were covered in mould , blinds were so dirty they had actually changed colour, the hob , toilet and bathroom sink were broken. The last occupants furniture was still in the property , in spite of the company assuring me they would remove it.
To date still no resolution . Ms Nindi the manager constantly lied to me and would not refund any of my damage deposit.
Please do not rent from them .... they are dishonest , rude and totally unethical

Avoid these crooks at all costs, they do not clean before moving in, they try and avoid all repairs and then steal your deposit. They are basically fraudsters.
