The situation in the new house (46 MAST HOUSE) :
I was renting a room with this agency since November 2019
I've decided to move to another place bc I was expecting to save some money and also the previous room was REALLY COLD ( the tenants confirmed that all the previous people who rented that room said the same)
I saw another room and decided to move, I really liked the room and till now I've got no complains REGARDING THE ROOM, but...
In the second day I've noticed that there was no space in the fridge to put my stuff ( a tiny fridge to share between 3 people) There is a big fridge in the kitchen but that's belong to one of the tenants (a couple) and there's no space enough to put my stuff (food) in the kitchen. There's no pan, cutlery, utensils in the kitchen as well, at all! The space in the tiny cabinet it was dirty. As the toilet was dirty as well (bathtub) I had to clean the toilet when moved in
After 24 days they send a reeeeally small fridge (photo) and the landlord doesn't even considered to discount the rent payment and they said it was about the situation regarding the COVID, but I'm asking them to move me to another house since the first week I moved here.
I've been passing through a lot of stress trying to make my stuff fits on the fridge and kitchen in general.
This week they'd informed me I can move to another house ( everyone's in quarantine) they are not doing views - totally understandable now - but I'm asking this for at least 3 weeks
Ps: I went twice to the agency to try to solve this
Be careful and make sure about your space in the house
And open the cabinet to check the cleaning in the place. check how many people are living in the house before you move in. It's been tough last month.
