Hi Charlene I am just wanting to warn olther pepole of my poor dealings with your company that's all please dont take it personal and how did I refuse to give my details and saying I was abusive and aggressive really quite the accusation to make I would reccomend contacting the police if this is the way you and your staff feel is there any way you could expand on me being aggressive abusive etc I treat pepole the way I wish to be treated as my mum always said it's nice to be nice no loss to me in this situation just reflecting how you operate with these faulse allegations you called me as if you owned me like a object and made me repeat my self in multiple ocasions when you could blatantly hear me abruptly interrupted every time I ask a basic question and I was asked multiple questions for no reason I wanted a viewing not to share my life story and for the record I am chain free not that I had to disclose that to you or staff we were looking for a new family home and thought this was for us but i thought to my self if this is how i get treated before the slae didnt want to imagine the after sales treatment i would have got from you may own the company but certainly not me I have my own company amd I would not dream of treating a client in this manner or take your belittleing back to the point I have done a bit of digging and heard you unfairly dismissed staff members was not supprised at all when I heard this anway personal oppinon avoid by far and by the way your friends and family leaving reviews isnt good reviews #justsaying look forward hearing from you in the future and I have left my reviews in many places for yous and this is the first one you have got back to hopefully you will take the constructive criticism and maby do things different in the future please remember I was the client not the sales person maby try be a little more professional next time guys

I'm really sorry you feel this way Dylan but this doesn't excuse the way you behaved towards our staff.
On each of the three occasions you contacted our office, you were extremely rude and aggressive to our staff and even refused to give the basic information required to booking your viewing.
On the day of your viewing we were following strict government guidelines on social distancing and as you were running late, our member of staff was trying to ascertain when you would arrive so that you weren't viewing at the same time as another family. You were again rude and aggressive and hung up whilst she was trying to help you.
As Director of Upload Abode I called you back to find out what happened and if you were still able to attend. You were extremely rude and aggressive and said to cancel your viewing which we were happy to do.
Further to this, your review is factually incorrect on a number of points including "the poor client has already paid a 1 time fee if they sell or not." All our customers are on a no sale, no fee contract and over 80% choose to pay on completion.
We have many positive reviews and 100's of happy customers and pride ourselves on excellent customer service but we refuse to allow our staff to be abused when they are doing their jobs.
