From the first appointment with Starkey& Brown, when they came to value the property to the conclusion, we found the whole team to be professional and friendly. We were kept informed throughout the process of the sale and Starkey& Brown were very quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. Angie, the sales processor was excellent . The relationship you establish with your Estate Agent is so important and we felt Starkey & Brown got the balance just right .

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
