From start to finish she kept me informed, she chased and held everyone accountable and used her knowledge to get the desired outcomes for all parties. if she said she was going to do something she did it and always overdelivered. Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
