During the selling process, the real estate agent was willing to deal with the selling of the house content (few items).
When the house was finally sold, the money of the items left in the house were not transferred to my account, but the money still on the real estate agent' hands. After weeks, without excuses or reasons, should I consider this a missappropriation?
Additionally, the estate agent let the buyer to enter in the house without prior agreement, meanwhile it was vacant and I was away.
This generated a lot of issues with the buyer, after the fixture removal and the buyer claim additional price reduction that I was forced to grant.
The real estate agent was not really good in dealing with the buyer, a lot of communication errors that resulted in my damage.
