Matt Nicol owns the company and is very very good at his job, a true professional.
He tells you how the market is right from the start until the end sale.
Matt does all the initial ground work then set's his professional team of sales personnel to complete the task.
Karen Smith, well, we can tell you that Karen is the most experienced Manager / professional sales negotiator that we have ever met, she again tells you and the prospective buyers how it is, she even goes as far as to take her shoes off, and requests others entering the prospective property to do likewise, she is very thorough.
Karen does everything within her power to sell your property as quickly as possible.
Gemma Derbyshire, Is always working in the background in the shop doing all the clerical and foundation work to make the sales run as smooth as possible and is a very valued member of the team.
Matt Nicol has an excellent team of professionals working with him!, we should know because when we were looking for an estate agent in the initial stages we phoned estate agents in Worcester, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster and Redditch and all of them said, "why aren't you using Nicol & Co, they're by far the best you'll find to sell your house in Droitwich, their sales record speaks for it's self".
Nicol & Co, sold the 3 bed family house to a family for what we wanted to achieve.
We hope they will have many happy years living in it as we did.

We experienced similar problems with Nicol&Co. Very reluctant to attend to repairs and very defensive when challenged on unacceptable actions. They try to defend the indefensible. Very poor. ...
