I sold my flat through Pedder rather than other agents in the area specifically because of Natasha’s enthusiasm and professionalism which came through during the course of the valuation. It was not a straight forward sale for a number of reasons, but Natasha and her team including Ben were constant in offering reassurance which kept the sale on track. Natasha went above and beyond when the buyer applied unexpected stipulations before agreeing to exchange. Without Natasha’s willingness to go the extra mile, I feel the sale would have hit additional buffers and possibly fallen through. Pedder were honest, professional and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
