I instructed Entwistle Green to market my property after having a couple of agents out. I don't live in the area so Collette organised to have a damp report carried out for me as we had recognised that this issue may be raised at survey stage when a buyer was found. I also asked the staff to take meter readings for me as requested by the Utilities provider which they did the same day.
I would recommend Entwistle Green to market your property as I found the staff to be professional, proactive and efficient and kept me up to date with the process of the sale throughout.
