I'm a landlord and Doorknobs have been managing my property for over 6 years now. I live abroad and so I rely on them heavily to assist me in all aspects of the tenancies - I have nothing but praise for all members of their team. I appreciate the clear division of responsibilities within an amicable and organised office. I know who I need to speak to about different issues that arise, be that viewings, maintenance or finance, making it straight forward for me to quickly get the answers I need. They always make time for me, responding quickly and efficiently to my queries, but more often than not they provide me the information and solutions I require before I need to ask. They've kept my property occupied throughout, largely due to their wide sales reach and reputation in the area, as well as, importantly, being reasonable and fair with the tenants; happy tenants lead to long term tenancies - and that's always a good thing. The senior team were also very supportive to me throughout one problematic tenancy, guiding me clearly on my rights and responsibilities and ultimately helping me draw it to a successful close. Another thing I value is they have a complete set of professional contractors with whom they have built strong working relationships. This results in quick and responsive maintenance resolutions when problems arise, to a high standard and at reasonable cost. I highly recommend Doorknobs to other landlords looking for a fully managed service.
