If you want to be harassed and lied to then this is the agent to use . Our dealings with Mark Smith have been nothing but belittling and stressful . To be advised by him that standards in the countryside are not the same as in town shows the true mentality of this letting agent . If he wishes to sit with his curtains closed all day , a blanket wrapped around him , heating on and additional electric heating on to keep warm then that is his choice but he shouldn’t expect tenants to live in the 1930s , we have had a fire which was condemned back in November still not sorted and two vent covers off exposing 4 inch holes into the property since 3rd January and living at the top of a hill totally exposed is not ideal . He shouldn’t be in this position if he has not got the ability to look after the tenants
