This was an executor sale and I dealt with Piers Edwards from valuation through to completion. Piers was courteous, helpful, realistic in his assessments and always did what he said he would do as well as being open about any issues that might impede progress. He also made sure the other executor was fully informed throughout especially as I was away for part of the process. All in all Piers, and the Sidmouth office staff, ensured the experience was stress free and straightforward, even going the extra mile and checking the property for me when I could not be there.
