I wanted to thank the exceptionally friendly and professional team at Pedder for the sale of our house. In particular, it was a pleasure to have the help of Vince Spoto as he is a true professional! Vince is very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, switched on, and fast to respond to questions or problems and appears to work 24/7! Vince was very calming, reassuring and helpful in what must be one of the fastest sales in history. Vince was there every step of the way, communicating between buyer and seller and managing and progressing the sale. Without his help and expertise this would not have been possible. Vince, big hugs and thank you so much for making it so stress free and enabling us all to move on with our lives!! Simply the Best!!
