I was worried how I could go about putting in lots of time finding a house to match the one I had proudly created, but in Stratford, to be nearer my daughter. I needn't have worried as Jade put my house profile on a low key marketing strategy, taking away any pressure I might have felt to find another property quickly, once I had buyers. Jade at the Wellesbourne Office handled everything with skill and good judgement and she and the Team (Tim the Manager and Amy) were there too to help me with any queries I phoned in with, or even helping scan documents over. Generally they are very attentive, keeping a good line of communication open between all parties concerned and I can't recommend them enough.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Wellesbourne Connells AVOID unless you wish to be treated with contempt and ultimately lose the sale of your property because of a gazunderer.
