Was quite happy with Leftmove agents, then Tiger bought them out and things spiralled downwards from there. Numerous fake viewings, and when I told them I have CCTV so I know viewings aren't taking place. All w got was excuses and "we'll put a note on the system that we have to tell you when a viewing is cancelled". Confirm viewings without our approval because "that's what we do" so having numerous people turn up and just walking in without us knowing beforehand. And lastly the attitude and way they speak to you isn't professional at all, arrogant and condescending.

Hi Jared,Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you did not feel that our service met your expectations.
We pride ourself on delivering an honest and trustworthy service to all of our clients and although, I can see that unfortunately, there were a number of viewings that were cancelled and some at short notice on your property, six viewings took place between our acquisition of Leftmove in October and you no longer wishing to accept viewings in January.
I must advise that at no stage have we or will we arrange for "fake viewings" as this is a waste of time, energy for both us and our clients and any viewing requests we receive are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
We of course wish that the offer we had received on your property would have been at a more acceptable level and wish you all the best in the future in selling your property.

Feel pressurised by this estate agent, offer on a house was accepted only weeks ago and now I am bombarded with calls from Tiger estate agents, regarding the processes being already handled by my solicitors. Viewings were cancelled? Non existent as not once we're we informed viewings were cancelled and we lost count of non existent viewings. Such a shame Leftmove shut as they were brilliant with us. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
When notifyed the sign was on the wrong building they should have removed with in 24hrs and made good any damage to the building or offered an appoligy and compensation for damage to building and our standing with in the community/ professional reputation. Hi Liz,
I can only apologise regarding the issue with the board being installed at the incorrect property. We have informed the contractor on numerous occasions and I have took a copy of the screen which shows we have responded proactively once we received notification that the board had been installed in the incorrect position.
