Hi Kay, please be careful with regards to communication, Y&Y have proven they lack very badly in this bracket, Y&Y have instructed a debt collector to retrieve my invoice, and I’ve proven not once was I informed of this, until I received the letter from DRS....just last week!! 28th April....£288 in charges, rather than Y&Y sending us a notification of their intent to do so, no letters/emails/phone calls.

Our service charges doubled within a couple of years of Y&Y took on the management of the building. I can't say with certainty whether this was their fault but it's worth mentioning. It's now equivalent to two months rent. Then on top of that charges appear from years ago from time to time. £500 was just invoiced recently on the basis that it was some kind of underpayment from 2018. When I have dealt with there staff directly I have found them to be extremely aggressive bordering on rude. ...
