When we were considering selling our house we gained quotes from a number of local agents. All of the agents valued the house at the same amount and we therefore opted for CJ Hole because we had a very positive buying experience from them in the past. We are very glad that we made this decision. All of our dealings with Tim, George and Guy at CJ Hole were very positive and the house was sold within 10 days. During this period we were provided with regular feedback on viewings, buyers and the sales process. This was, however, only half of the story as it was once that we had accepted an offer on our house that the CJ Hole team really impressed. During the period from accepting an offer to completion we had frequent calls from the team to tell us about the progress of our sale, the state of the survey, as well as information from our buyers.
We were also very impressed that the CJ Hole team were keeping in contact with the estate agent that we were purchasing from and all of the solicitors' in the chain. It was this level of very professional care between accepting an offer and completion that was truly unique and really made the whole process very smooth.
We would (and are) therefore recommend CJ Hole to anyone in the area who is considering selling their house in the local area. The CJ Hole team are a brilliant group of professionals.
