Thank you for your response, but it is exactly what I expected from your company given our experience with Pennylane.
Firstly, you say my “accusations are false and ungrounded”. We have a list of emails and phone calls to yourselves which undermines, your accusation.
In addition,, you say that you suspect that we have made our feelings public. We have not shared this on any social media and only given a review on ’allAgents’, however we may do this since you have mentioned it.
Furthermore, you say that we are “not willing to deal with this reasonably”. We asked on several occasions about your complaints procedure and after some time were finally given the manager/owners phone number. We made a call to him and were told by him he would call us back. This never happened!
In the end we had to pay an admin charge of around £400 before your company would release our property, so that we could ask another estate agent to put our property on the market.
We hired * who were professional, kept in communication with us, and sold our property with no issues.
I would not waist my time if I did not feel strongly about my experience with Pennylane.
I hope your company can learn from this.
