We were recently looking for a property through Pedder with the agent Sam, who made the process enjoyable. Refreshingly, he always knew the leasehold and ground rent info for each property, had a really nice approach for letting you look round. He had a really personable way that made you feel at ease. Thanks also for being patient with us wanting to change and book appointments at late notice and following up with us via whatsapp, which is so much easier to respond to when you’re also working full time and searching for a house to buy. We were really impressed. Thank you :)
We would consider using you in the future to sell the property we’ve found, based on Sam’s approach to selling.
