There are no words to express how angry and disappointed i am after dealing with this agency. The amount of lies and false promises i received from Leo is just unbelievable. The flat i just moved in was advertised as a long term contract and was told during my viewing that it would have been rented with a 1 year long contract. Also i was promised (leo put it down on the offer contract signed by me) that the landlord would have done some works and fixes in the house and last but not least that i could move in 2 weeks after my viewing. All this changed drastically the day after, few hours before i was supposed to sign the final contract. First, my requests in term of fixes and work to be done in the house mysteriously disappeared from the contract and nobody notified me about this. Second i was pushed to move in the flat immediately (they told me otherwise they would have let the place to someone else). Third, they finally told me they had to change the contract to 6 months but i should not worry about this because, and i'm quoting Leo, "the landlord just want to see how is getting along with you, but he is determined to renew the contract for 1 year at the end of the term". Leo was cheeky enough to say "roberto, i am sure you will stay there for long time". Well, today i just met let landlord, a very honest and respectful person, and he told he has no intention at all to renew the contract in 6 months since his son is coming back to UK. And he added that he always been clear with the agency about the 6 months length contract. So in the end in this agency they are incredibly false and dishonest people that like to play with the life of honest workers. They also charged me more then 400 pounds to send a couple of email, to my employer, landlor and a friend. I'm realizing just now that, despite their customer awards displayed in the agency, they have an incredible bad reputation. Don't use them and moreover don't ever trust them !!!
