Davis Tate has provided me an excellent complete service these past 4 years.
From managing my property letting through to the subsequent marketing and sale of the property, the DT team has been professional, friendly and helpful. The leasehold sale was a fairly complicated and their expertise in the local market was invaluable in preparing for that sale.
I would use them again without hesitation in either a rental management or sales capacity.
