If I could give a minus score I would. This is the most painful experience I have ever encountered. They are painfully slow in replying to any correspondence either through our agent, solicitor or indeed myself. The purchase of this property is incredibly slow and they don't seem to be in any hurry to follow our purchase through to completion. I almost feel like they don't even want the sale. They are constantly on voicemail, so trying to call them for an update is impossible. The updates in general are non existent. I really cannot recommend this agency at all.
