Very happy with the selling of our late father's property. After first buyer pulling out of contract, the bungalow was put back on market and another buyer made acceptable offer, the sale went through smoothly. I dealt with Piers and Jim, both were professional and friendly. I felt the marketing of the property was very good, we had a lot of interest and a good footfall of potential buyers.
