We have been dealing with * who was very nice when she wanted us to sign the tenancy agreement. The day we gave our notice to leave the property, it has been a nightmare. Even though we are entitled to full deposit, we still haven't received it. Whoever picks up a call says, wait for 2 more days it will be with you. We left the property on 3rd, still waiting for it. She ignores emails, doesn't pick up calls. All we want is our deposit. They broke our tenancy agreement, we didn't dispute it. Just give us our deposit back. Please Stay away from this company!
