These are agents I have used before to both buy and sell. They are always efficient, polite and knowledgable. They know the local market as you would expect and make realistic valuations, unlike some who overvalue for a seller in order to get the business then suggest a reduction later. Mostly I think they give an honest and realistic apprasiable of the property then market it as well as any in the town. Very satisified both as a previous buyer and seller through them on more than one occasion.
