Terrible Terrible Firm. Where are your Morals? Might be close to legal but not ethical and for sure immoral. They ban you from Downloading Legal Packs if you leave a bad Review. Slam the phone down on you. Specials condiions (often more than the value of the house) get added in the last minute. Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid

They have an auction scheduled the 29th July 2020. 200 lots with very very low unrealistic yet enticing guide prices (some 5% of the actual properties value). Every special condition adds £7999 to the bid price plus £1400 fees per lot. I find it concerning that before you are able to bid you must deposit a minimum amount of £6440. Now as a newly established auction with unusual perhaps evasive actions at Companies house (look for yourself) during and preceding registration, what would be the purpose of undervaluing the properties to a point where any experienced investor would compare properties on the same street and establish that the price resistance level on recently sold properties was vastly higher and assume this auction is BS. So will newbies register and take the chance feeling that with Covid and other factors they will risk investing to provide for their families (you’ve got to take risks right? £6440 worth). If the fact that £10k in fees on top of the hammer price and deceptive guides wasn’t enough to put anyone off even registering what about £6440 x hundreds if not thousands of potential buyers that want to be in the race what if this auction for to go into administration (Covid as the excuse) and all the £ millions held were to be lost. They know job bloggs won’t have the money or resources to chance it. It that happens they should be sent down for a long time. I will never do business with Bonde Wolfe (a made up name meaning nothing by the way). You have been warned people.

True talk, complete rip off, bought 2 properties, special conditions fees is a complete day light robbery and criminal.
