I contacted Paul Blake at Thomas Morris in St Ives, Cambridge with a view to selling my property, as I’d dealt with him previously when looking to let the same property a few years previously. I was happy with the information he gave me and he subsequently marketed the property for me. As it was tenanted, he arranged a number of viewings on the same evening so as not to inconvenience the tenant unduly. I received an offer that night and another two days later at an acceptable price, which I accepted.
All in all it was a smooth and speedy operation. The staff I have dealt with have all been friendly, helpful and professional. I am happy to recommend the company
