I rented from Dec 2018 until Jan 2020 a house in, Corsham. The inventory was done by specialised company and they were very objective and accurate. The whole process was smooth and according to law. The deposit was held by another scheme and all the contracts were very clear. I had two inspection visits during the tenancy and everything went well. At the end of the tenancy, I got my deposit in full and the same company that performed the inventory did the check out. I forgot to clean a couple of minor things but they didn't mind, as well as light scuffs unavoidable when moving furniture. I even got some post sent to my new place. Probably they are under a new administration as I never had the issues mentioned in other reviews. I noticed some of the staff changed but even they always replied to my emails, and sent someone to fix the couple of things needed during my tenancy.
