Cerris was the lady who helped us through our move, she was fantastic. Offering advice (as we had never brought and sold a property before at the same time), and helping us completely through the whole process. The whole team of ladies who work in the Burntwood branch are so friendly and welcoming, everyone is more than willing to help which is very satisfying as a customer. Cerris kept us up to date, and was always very quick at getting back to us if we bombarded her with questions and calls. Would definitely recommend using this branch as all the staff were fantastic but a huge thank you to Cerris who went above and beyond for us.
