I had to rent a property in share with another girl near Kingston university in Kingston upon thames, London. The girl who was leaving the room put an add on Sparerooms saying that the rent was 725£ all bills included also council tax and broadband. When I met her to see the room she confirmed what was in the advert. On January the 29th I was sent an application form to be filled on line, in the application there was a wrong rent figure of 940£, when I pointed it out they said it was a mistake, then sent me the form with 725£.

Then we went through the reference process and it took 2 weeks. After that I was sent a contract with a completely different figure, basically my rent was about 675£ and it was together with the other mate's rent so it was in total about 1350£ but most of all bills were NOT included.
When I told them to amend the tenancy agreement because this was not what we agreed and that they had already entered the amount of 725£ in the application form that I signed, they did not want to discuss any further. I spoke also with the Manager but no way. They were also very rude and never even apologised for having wasted my time and stressed me at the point to make me hill, plus I need to leave this property before the end of this month and I have now to rush to find another accommodation and they do not even apologise. It is the first time in my life I see an agency behaving so dishonesty and with such boldness and ruthless manipulation.
Never ever ever Dexter again in my life!!!!! Anyway it was supposed to be the agency in Kingston but the manager said they were in Hanworth.
