My experience with Orchard as a landlord has been excellent. Their assistance in dealing with a catastrophic water damage situation was really praiseworthy. They get involved and it has shown me the true value of having an agent.

Recently, I received a new application from a prospective tenant that required a "right to rent" check because they were not UK nationals. Orchard were very professional in their approach.

I have always found Orchard willing to listen and they allow me to rent my property out on the terms that suit me.
Their fees are fair and I have seen no increases or changes of any kind since the new legislation.
