WARNING WARNING WARNING
DO NOT USE THEM...
They are SCUM, Jack Thrower in particular.. total low life PERSON..
6months after leaving a rental from them I am still pissed off.. ok lets begin, at first the rental initially went well, once problems began with the property this is where I had to either fix or pay myself.. I did not really mind the small things as I am a tradesman.. but what has royally annoyed me is on a number of occasions I had requested URGENT repairs to an unsafe area of the garden (Collapsing wall) a shed that had a badly leaking roof a garage door which was broken.. none of which repaired.. fast forward to when we were ready to move out, surprise surprise they now wanted access to fix things prior to a new tenant, as they lost the spare keys I had to be home numerous times to let tradesmen in at a cost to myself.. on the day hand over Smarmy Ass Jack arrived, now we had the entire house professionally cleaned, carpets washed, cooker etc etc, but he still tried hard to find fault, pointing out the kitchen extractor felt a bit sticky, really its a F-ing extractor.. that said he at this point found not a single fault... the paperwork was signed by me agreeing everything was done etc... I handed over the keys and left.. a number of weeks later I was informed I would be charged for weeds that were in the UNSAFE area of the garden mentioned before, I had told Doorknobs over and over during every property inspection I will not use that area. I refused to pay and they withheld our deposit to ransom.. the final insult was when I requested items I left in the property to be returned, this really surprised me, Jacks actual words in his email ‘you should have removed prior to you checking out, and thus now form a part of the property’ THIEVES...
so my advice, FIND ANOTHER LETTING AGENT, if you cannot I suggest you draft a document that protects you on exit, as many reviews state how they hit you with a stealth fee after hand back..
Oh and another thing, they insisted on taking photos of the inside with all our personal belongings to put pictures on their website as they said they have to have new ones each time, surprise surprise they still use our pictures, Despite having plenty of images of it empty..
