Glenn, Juliette and the team have done an amazing job, both managing and letting our flat in Bath for more than a decade. They have been dealing with all aspects of the rental and all maintenance as, and when, required. A pleasure to deal with a team that actually seems to care about both landlord and tenant. Cannot praise them highly enough. Thoroughly recommended.

Allan & Harris are not proactive, and do not follow sales through once they have found a buyer.
They don't keep other parties informed and are bad at communicating with other agents and solicitors.
