I chose Ward and Partners initially because after having the house valued by several agents, the people at Wards impressed me due to their relaxed but very professional manner. Everything regarding options and costs were explained at the first meeting, I was not pressurised into making quick decisions, and I was advised on what I should do to make the sale of the house more certain. Throughout the time the house was on the market I was kept informed of all viewings and the feedback from the prospective buyers. Once I accepted an offer on the house the team at Wards kept in touch while the convayencing took place, they were genuinely concerned that my experience in dealing with them had been good. I would recommend Wards to anyone wishing to sell their property
