Please help, coapt!
My windowsill has been so damp and rotted it's falling off for months, and fist sized mushrooms have been sprouting out of it all winter. Some scaffolding was put up outside my window for some reason, and air bricks have been put in every room. This has not helped one bit and it's been months. I already have respiratory issues and now it is unsafe for me to sleep in my own bedroom because the damp windowsill and the huge fungus are causing me to wheeze and develop headaches. I can smell my own windowsill- it is foul! I'm worried about my long term health just from sleeping in my own bed. Nothing else has been done. The window frame is now so rotted that it is roughly the same texture as a sponge cake.
I have sent yet another email, and called yet again. If coapt decide to actually do something about it I will of course update my review.
Koz has been extremely nice about all this- even if my window is still sopping wet after 3 months of chasing this company. Maybe it's the landlord's problem, but it's certainly not mine, and I am so disappointed as the staff are all really friendly.
Also the contractors they hired left our door wide open onto a busy and fairly unsafe street (there was vandalism nearby). Twice.
We are going to renew for next year as the location is great and we thought the issues would be sorted by now. Let's hope they sort this out soon so I can leave a better review. I am sorry to be so negative but I am desperate to get this sorted. The staff really are nice.

I am so sorry this issue has taken longer than we would like to resolve. On investigation I can see there has been a lot involved to get to this stage and frustratingly the previous works did not resolve the issue, our contractor is booked in to carry out further repairs this week. Thank you for being so patient this far, I understand it must be very frustrating.
