Living in Brighton for the past 6 years, I have let properties from various different letting agents and Hove Lets are by far the best from my experience. No issues or complaints in the slightest. Swift and easy process moving in and collecting keys, rapid replies and always happy to answer any queries with politeness and friendliness. Despite me being fairly unorganised and poor with replies, they were always very understanding and patient which goes a long way!! Checking out was stress free, easy and painless. I have, in the past, been completely ripped off by inventory invoices when leaving properties in which I've had to dispute, which is a tedious process, but for once received an invoice from Hove Lets that was very reasonable. Just to add, we had a fault with our oven halfway through our tenancy which was replaced the next day free of charge... AMAZING. This level of tenant satisfaction is very rare these days and am so grateful to have dealt with Hove Lets for my last year in Brighton. If I ever move back to Brighton I will not even hesitate to let from these guys again. Thank you, you guys are great x
