Everyone has a somewhat prejudicial idea of what a typical estate agent is like (pushey and out for himself). In my case nothing could be further from the truth -I was helped with sensitivity, friendliness, and practical experience from my agent; Esher sales negotiator Leo Humphrey. his frienly and helpful advice, genuine interest in the house and my worries, were of great help in the stressful act of selling a house that I have lived in and loved for most of my life!
