Dispicable work ethic. Poaching homes from other local agents. Leaving cards through the door telling you *we have an offer for you*, they don’t. Constant hassling by phone to get your business. It seems obvious to me that if you spend so much time trying to steal customers that do not want to move, then you are not spending enough time on the customers that you already have. Sort it out.
