My boyfriend rents one of their properties and and sadly the service is very poor. The agency doesn't respond to any issue, they simply don't care (however they very very quick to respond prior sign-in the contract, but afterwards... zero interest. Either they are too lazy or they simply can't be bothered.

They will attempt to claim deductions from the deposit for extra profit. They claimed over 1/4 of the deposit for unsubstantiated reasons, clearly in the hope that we need the money quickly. Service otherwise was fine, issues were usually responded to. I will not use them... Read Full Review
