Alison the director was fantastic when viewing a beautiful property in the Cefn FForest area.

Was told to call the office to register an interest which i did immediately they took my name asked me a few affordability questions in which i answered was told that i would get a call back that day once they have spoken to Alison the director and liaised with the LLD,

I did not recieve a call back called the following monday chasing this up they then asked me the affordability questions AGAIN and said the need to speak to alison and the LLd and would get back to me that day,

Called tuesday as they didnt get back to me they told me the LLD was on holiday.

Called them yday was asked to call back today 2 weeks later on and was aked to do the affordability again i told them im unhappy with the service asked for a call back from the director alison girl who i spoke to said she will get her to call me today ...I then had a call back from a jackie ( who basically was telling me i was making all this up and they are profesional ) to then say alison is on holidays ,,,,,,

BUNCH OF JOKERS ( i work in customer service i know good customer service when i see or hear it alison was fab after service terrible )
