I have never come across in my life ruder and more incapable estate agents.
The minute you sign the tenancy agreement you become a dead meat for them. I have been unfortunate to be a tenant for six years and I have spent more time chasing repairs than living in the property. The icing on the cake was when a faulty boiler packed up completely a week ago. They did not bother in the slightest to treat it as an emergency. And it is mid January. I have now a week without hot water or heating. Not only that but when I asked them to enquire for a plumber other than their normal one in order to reduce the waiting time they treated me like the scum of the earth. I know that one might wonder why I am putting up with it, but sometimes it is not so easy to move, especially if you travel a lot. But this time I am determined to use every legal help to find justice and eventually move on. I am happy I came across this website. I was considering setting up a blog for them.
