I used Barton Kendal for both the sale of my old house and purchase of my new. I dealt with Jack, Jordan and Craig at different points and found them all to be knowledgeable and experienced in their field. Most importantly, they always did what they said they were going to do and rung me back when they said they were going to!
I have to give a special mention to Jack! He was a diamond! He is enough of a salesman that you feel you are getting that special attention that only salesmen can give, but without being smoozed into things you don't want. Jack gets to know you and what you need then advises accordingly. I wasn't even going to view the house I bought but Jack persuaded me because he knew it would be perfect. I had queries after the purchase and he sorted them out and got back to me within minutes.
The whole team/company are very straight forward to deal with and everything is just easy. At no point did I feel I was being conned or being salesmanned, which I often do when dealing with things like this. The finances were just as they said and there were no hidden or surprise costs.
The process of buying and selling a house is supposed to be a stressful experience but mine just wasn't and I do credit that to the team at Barton Kendal. I would not hesitate to recommend this well established, experienced and straight forward company.
