I would not recommend Blundells to anyone. I have never experienced customer service as bad in my entire life and I wish I could rate 0 stars. Katherine Moss, the manager has been rude on every occasion I’ve spoken to her (when she is at work, that is. She was never available when I wanted to speak to her - convenient) I asked multiple times for things to be repaired and time after time I got no response or was told “it’s for you to fix” I was given my notice to leave and then told I would have to return the keys and if not I would be responsible for rent until the keys were returned, why would I pay for a property I do not live in? My £600 bond was not returned to me as there were repairs in the flat which I refused to fix as I had reported them multiple times. I would not ever dream of having anything to do with blundells ever again and I wish I had not wasted a year of my life on that company.
