With Whitlock and Heaps I felt that I could consistently interact with exactly the same person who knew the strengths and weaknesses of my property and was therefore in a great position to sell it to the right person. I was selling from a distance and Jack would happily do small tasks like turning on the heating and letting me know of mess left in the hall by other flats. We received multiple offers within the first week with Whitlock and Heaps which was a massive achivement considering the property had been on the market with another agent for 8 months and had seen 2 sales fall through.
