Mudhut has locked my account so I am unable to access documents which I paid for and am entitled to and would need to process my claim, all because I gave a slightly but truthful negative review over concerns of them changing their current insurer of their landlord policies to a very bad one without any advance notice to do so which is wrong and unfair - and even though their website still showed a previous good insurer when I took out and paid for three policies. They are now selling products on behalf of ARC Legal Ltd an issuer who possibly has the worst reviews on most review sites as ARC Legal Ltd seem to always find or argue things in an incorrect or argumentative way to reject every claim where possible - ARC would not honour rent protection in their terms and conditions with me, if a landlord serves a section 21 themselves or the tenancy becomes a period tenancy - so many people appear to have had the same and similar experience. I am reporting Mudhut to the FCA and Trading Standards and The Ombudsman as no company can delete reviews or pressure you to only put positive ones as that is misrepresenting customer reviews, or prevent you from accessing your references that you have paid for and are entitled to. Mudhut appear to do very little on their website as it all seems automated and a simple self service site where you purchase a policy sold by the insurer through them. They have no complaints procedure or any sense of concern about customers genuine concern and only allow positive reviews of their review page relating to automated purchases. Their references for tenants are also approx double of RLA, NLA and others at £12 plus vat compared to £7. If they think they can treat customers like this, they have a lot to learn.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
